You can swap names with any account if you can prove you own it, you would still have to pay though.

Yes. If you want a different username, it will need to be changed. You'll need to clear up what that ban is about though.

And if i want to remove the numbers from my name?
Does that go to the 5K/1 number or just the whole username change?
