And I think the eyes looks a bit weird, maybe it's better if you rotate them, or it's just me.

Oh man, its really hard to explain what i mean.
Ahhhm, you know, the eyes are not circles, they have two corners. And if you rotate the eyes, so that, if there is a line between those two corners, that line is nearly horizontal(?) it could look better.

The only idea i have now is, that you remove the blood on the right hand and put it on the elbow/tricep, then it would look more random and not that symmetrical.
