Wow, that's damn good art for being done with a cruddy mouse. xD

Nothing really i use Airbrush at most 50% Opacity
Then i smudge with smudge tool at 30% rate simple stuff.

I'd always prefer my tablet for drawing over anything else. It's just so much easier and possibly faster. I have a wireless tablet and mouse so I can switch back and forth with ease.
