Fought 2 fights. You lost both while even trying to pushido me out the dojo.
I didn't see anything that impressed me. Not a single attempt to throw/suplex.
From your replays and the fights I can easily conclude that you are not able to perform a throw/proper suplex.

No. You are going to practise more in aikido until you are able to do the moves explained in these videos.
Then if you are ready, you will apply again.
