His ingame skills are good, his replays show he can move, and would be very good with a few tweaks.
His videos are looking great.

Also, with the whole clan war system, it'd be kinda cool to have some kind of alliance system - I'm considering having clan allies, not single (because they're unholy pointless) but yeah, what you guys think?

ALSO, the bank has been made, it's called TribeBank.
The way the bank works is as follow:
All members can access the bank. If you pm me, you will get the password.
All members can both add and take tc from the bank.
There will be a maximum of 5k per "withdrawal", you may make 1 withdrawal a month, and it resets on the 1st of every month.
You may use this tc however you see fit - for betting, dueling etc etc and if it is 5k or less, are not obligated to pay it back.
If you make a profit using this tc, it'd be nice to add a little bit of the profits back to the bank, incase the next time, you do it and make a loss.
You may take "loans" form the bank, which are different from withdrawals. You DO have to pay loans back, in full, but loans are not limited in amount.
You have 3 months to pay the loan back. If you take longer than that, the amount raises by 2% for every month after that.
Beyond a year, we reserve the right to push scam reports etc unless a valid reasons is provided, or other arrangement is made.
ANY transactions involving the bank MUST be posted about and logged.
If I see a single transaction in the history that isn't posted about, you will incur the full wrath of my admin abilities.

I am also full go on the wars you mentioned, as well as the ally system, that would be pretty neat.

As far as the bank is concerned, I like the loan and withdrawal system you made. Although with the withdrawals of people being able to take out 5k once a month without having to pay it back, I think as more people join, there should be some type of system set up for it. That being anything from you need to be a certain rank to access the bank, or need a valid reason. Mostly because if everyone takes out 5k a month, then soon there would be no more money in the bank. Not sure if you see where I'm coming from on that, but I'm sure you have a solution already to it.

And finally the last thing... Thanks guys! Its an honor to be in the tribe.

I don't know faint so I can't really say yes or no.
My only concern would be the rather long list of clans. Replays are fine and I like the music choice of his video. If you guys say he's cool, that's cool. Don't see a reason to veto.

Hmmm, if Faint can remain loyal, then I'll whip over an invite next time we speak.
