That's more I like it Kyure Now that is what I call backing up your argument! I commend you Those were good displays of evidence to back up your statement.

And actually in all reality I actually didn't know Immortal was a Lmod when I first PM'd him XD I just PM'd him by chance about building a PC lol.

Kyure I want to sincerely thank you for that display because that was solid argument ;)

And I know you didn't mean it as an insult when you said I don't know anything on the subject and just meant that I can't be blamed if I'm being swayed in the wrong direction since I'm new to this but maybe rephrase it to say that "Zenboy is new to this so it isn't his fault if he follows false advice." so that other people don't get it wrong and think your insulting me which could distract them from the rest of the post.

And there is still time to discuss over what GPU to get since I'm just getting a 750 Ti as of right now lol and will upgrade later on to one of the two GPUs here.

I'm not gonna be close minded so you have actually made progress in swaying me with that valid argument in your last post that displayed solid evidence.

We can also see what the others think.

And the 970's ACX 2.0+ cooling seems good no?

And I see how a snowball effect could occur if shills adviced towards a 970 then more people used them and since more people used them then more people also used them and so on so on.

Thanks for the advice Kyure :) Sorry if I was being too close minded on the 970 earlier and if I was rude to you :/ How about AMD Motherboards or CPUs? Do they still have heat problems?

Insignificancies so far:
Power usage
Temperature
VRAM

Ignoring those insignificant things can you attempt to tell me why the 390 is better than the 970?

And Immortal just so you know only the 600$ build is just for Rust but the Upgraded Version which will be more like Mong's Suggestion including the 970 will be for the other purposes that I listed as well ;)

And Immortal came with a very good argument Kyure which he'll most likely cite now that you've requested that. He has swayed me also :D

And no Kyure I'm not entirely sure yet which is better but I still like the 970 as of this moment :)

And Kyure it's already been the case a few times that your own link's bottomlines disagree with you.

Also this is actually a very productive argument guys keep it up ;)

Kudos to both of you :)

"Anyways, if that is the case Zenboy. 390 runs better. There you go?"
Ok great, why? I said tell me why not tell me which. I wanted to hear why you feel the 390 is better while ignoring power usage, temperature and VRAM.

And yes from what I've heard so far VRAM is insignificant since both cards have more than enough to last me a while or at the very least to last me now even if you'll insist that games will skyrocket in VRAM requirements by double in less than a year. Eitherway, we can ignore it.

Immortal said many games don't even exceed 2GB VRAM usage and I'm sure he can cite that so basically you are saying that games will require double the VRAM in less than a year? Can you back that up Kyure?

Immortal is very convincing on his VRAM points. Care to elaborate how you disagree with him on it rather than calling it ridiculous?

And to wrap up, don't forget to tell me why the 390 is better while ignoring the power usage, temperature and VRAM. Try to come up with a good statement for that. Yes I said it twice on purpose so you don't just elaborate on how you disagree with Immortal's points but also do this.

Don't forget to cite everything Kyure and make sure the citations agree with you. That will increase your credability.

Ok so both Immortal and Kyure seem pretty much done with each other but that was a very good argument. Here is Kyure's last PM to me.

I see very little point as of now. He claims I am sourcing bullshit, yet he has yet to prove why. No sense in arguing with someone who doesn't post any sort of sources.

As for his "VRAM doesn't matter". He is wrong. http://media.gamersnexus.net/images/...onsumption.jpg

You can clearly see in that photo that a couple of games (both of which came out a YEAR ago), use over the 3500 of VRAM. This means notstop stuttering in both of those games. I own both, and got tons of stuttering on my 970s, so I upgraded to 980s to avoid it.

I speak from experience, you don't want a 970.

Anyways back to business. I'll post some queries here in a sec ;)

Ok so this is what we have so far - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/WbXrkL
I might shave off a few dollars here and there but for now it's okay I guess.

Questions:
How is the cable management on that case?
Is the PSU modular?

1. Kyure I feel that's only your opinion.

2. Mongius thanks for all the info

3. Mongius make sure to PM me whenever I gotta update my PC whether via overclock or upgrade please. Thanks again.

4. I'm looking into some good cases and monitors so I'll keep you guys updated on that ;)

5. Case Suggestions anyone? I'm looking at this since it's compatible with Immortal's 400$ Build from PM - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-cc9011086ww

6. My current monitor selected on PCPP is the Acer G246HL. I've done some research on it. Idk if I'll buy it right now because it's a little pricey. I might upgrade to it later on. Thoughts?

7. Immortal, don't AMD CPUs overheat though?

8. Mongius the CX Series of Corsair and generally distrusted and prone to damaging other components :/ Would you agree or disagree?

9. To clarify, Mongius' Build is for all my purposes, Immortal's Build from PM is for running Rust at 30FPS. Did I get that right?

10. Immortal, you know the build you PM'd me? The 400$ one? How much would it cost us to get M.2 compatibility? It's just for Rust and maybe we don't need it but M.2 is always nice. What do you think? Also, found this - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyt...gab150md3hddr3

The list has some unanswered stuff still so I thought I'd quote it ;)

I got the Z97 for M.2 SSD compatibility. The KB+M I removed since I decided to buy some locally since they weren't high-end peripherals anyway. I'll upgrade to the G246HL eventually but for now I'll just buy a monitor locally. And you obviously like the Shinobi but what do you think of the Carbide 88R?

Also thanks for the part suggestions I'll keep them in mind for future reference.

Also office stuff is fine for me since I don't go hardcore gameface on when gaming anyway Thanks for the suggestion though ;)

And what does RMA refer to exactly? Failure or damage to other parts?

Here's the current list - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wThPCJ

Thanks again Mongius! Your help is always appreciated ;)

Yeah but I wanted a window and the shape is really good. Thanks for the feedback and I'll keep that mouse in mind for the future ;) I don't do too much first person shooter games anyways and my wrist always feels fine with the office style mouse

And I was planning on buying more fans later on and just sticking to the fan that came with the case but the price dropped by half so I was thinking of getting them all now to fill all the slots while it's cheap.

And how much was the PSU you suggested again?

Thanks again.
