pretty sure when you apply to the clan your just automatically viable and likely to become co-leader. Accepted as member and co-leader

haha yeah, I don't know if it's all true and stuff but someone told me Merc ran outta money and that's why a bunch of people left lmao. I dunno for sure tho, you'd have to ask people that were in FC to get a definitive awnser.
