Fully agree on the age restriction. However, perhaps that would make the applicants lie more and so forth.I think it should be noted that age is a factor,but not officially aanounced(Thus,we all comprehend the issues of young applicants but do not share the information about the restriction with the future applicants etc)

I don't have any idea why he would request a perma ban, but I could never really figure him out. That's pretty much all I know I have no idea why he would perma ban himself but atleast you have more of an idea what's happened.
