P.S. Speaking of globals, noobs, if your global funded by the bank fails, you got to use your own money to do it again. Unless of course somethings. Also, be sure to have a VIP global for you dur.
(all of the above i've done before)

To be pedantic, that's not strictly true. WAPOWs doing at least 3 wars each day. At our current rate, we'd never pass them. Which means if we're going to overtake them, a good first step would be to maintain an average of at least a war a day. WAPOW is also a clan devoted to warring though, and they have heaps more members than us. If we're ever going to be competitive with them then we'll need to set up those recruitment servers and expand our war squad.

It's a long road to 1st, but it's definitely do-able with good organisation and motivation.

edit: Good work against Sins, Galaxy and Jodus <3
edit edit: Super-good work to Jodus, who also warred WAPOW by himself. We're ranked 68th now - TLL is 63rd. Nearly there!

That was touching, Zelda

Feel free to engage in solo wars, regardless of if you're in the war squad or not. Every little bit helps our ranking.

No need to apologise for your absence - you were on vacation. Did you get to see much of Austria, or were you at the ski-resort for most of your time?
Ahh, I tried dancing once Zelda, I wouldn't recommend it. Sucks that you were forced to do revision while on vacation, though.

I'd be qualified to teach English and History to grades 7-12 (meaning ages 12-17 (fun fact: when I graduate I'll be teaching kids only 6 or 7 years younger than me)) - though, I could get told to take any subject if they needed someone to. Since I'd already be a registered teacher, if I wanted to start teaching primary school kids or a different subject, then I'd be allowed to do that (I wouldn't have to get another qualification).

Welcome back Zelda! Everyone and anyone is suggested to war as much as possible as long as you know you have a chance of winning. So you can war whenever you'd like. Good luck teaching twelve year olds Ele, I hope you don't die trying.

[14:08] <@ego> uncreative fuck R.I.P TL;DR
[14:08] <GoldenRox> That's me all right \(o_o/)
Yeah, it used to be that high school was grades 8-12, but starting this year grade 7s are highschoolers.

I need better time management sills. For the second time this semester I'll be rushing to start and complete an assignment 48hrs before it's due.. Wish me luck, I'll see you on the other side.

Edit: Some unsung hero beat Undead in a war (whoever it is, could you tell me the the score) and now we're 64th, right on TLL's asses at 63rd. Nearly there.

Also, Daed and I were thinking of doing a Warrior of the Week type thing. We're working out a scoring system for it, but basically the most successful active warrer each week would get the special rank of Warrior Of The Week, as well as a small prizes. What do you guys think of this? The rationale behind it is that it'll improve our war activity. If you guys did want to see this sort of thing, would you also support the idea of a Warrior of the Month thing (in addition to the weekly one), with a bigger prize?

We have noticed you guys are doing a good work with the wars. So, as recognition, we've got an idea to reward the member who is putting in the most effort in the wars. Besides that, we hope this serve as an incentive for you to keep the good work up.

How it will work:

Whoever participates in a war will get some points. We will count the points monthly. At the end of the month, the member who gets the highest amount of points will receive a small prize and the "Warrior of the week" rank.

-Points system

The point system is basically divided in two parts: War results and the number of matches required to win the war, the "best to" thing.

1-War Result ( best to 10 )

War success - 3 points
War failure- 1 point

2-"Best to" system

As the number of victories needed to win a war influences the points the clan earns as well the time spent in the war, best to 15+ wars will give extra points. ( e.g You won a best to 15 war, then you will get 4 points, 3 from the win and 1 from the length of the war). Every 5 matches you win in the "best to" system nets you an extra point. (e.g Best to 15, +1, best to 20, + 2, ....).

Also, 1vs1 war is equal to a team war. Since we don't want to discourage people from doing wars by their own, rather than doing them collectively.

Thoughts?

Hi.
To be honest that warrior of the week thing sounds very intriguing.
As you said, it's a great incentive to get your members to war.
The only thing I find difficult about it is, what will be so great about being warrior of the week? Sure you will be loved for doing wars and stuff, but maybe you could implement a small prize?
We were going to do something similar with (le) - everyone month there would be a tourney for the best player, and the person that came out on top in that month got to wear a special texture.
Something like that could come handy for this idea.

I haven't posted here forever, sorry baes.

Warrior of the week? Any incentive? Like prizes or something? I am sketchy about it, but I think it could work idk.
Chickster: I literally don't know why I did it.
As Daed and I said, yeah we'd have prizes. You'd have the special rank + some additional prize we haven't figured out yet. What prize do you guys think would be appropriate?
