Also what do you guys think if we change the format for the applications a bit?
let the people make them as they want to and we judge them from there cuz i have seen very great apps (on other recruitment threads) that got denied cuz they didnt use the correct format.
We could still say something things that the app has to include but its a bit sad if people lose the interest to join us cuz we have to tell em to redo their app

Well the app is freeform atm, so they don't use a pre set application. It also says some examples to have in there.

But if you can't bother writing a decent app then you're not welcome
