Growing meat

The "naive futurist" in me tingles with glee when i read articles like these.
Imagine all the benefits which could eventually come from this. Besides the cuts in overall cost of meat production it would also greatly reduce pollution, create more space, and greatly reduce animal suffering.
Although i imagine it would be harder to replicate 'marbling' in a laboratory, so possibly the meat wouldn't be as juicy as the traditional type.
PS: what do you think? Find any potential negatives? You could even grow human meat, you know. Finally. Mmm.

Numerous professions become obsolete every year, so i wouldn't cry over it. Besides, it's not like it'll be instantaneous. Farming will be less and less profitable, and more and more people will drop out. Then again, as Jones said, this meat is nowhere near as tasty as the real deal...for now. No reason to believe it won't change, though.
I think Mass Producing these from either Stem Cells or Adult Cells would be good for awhile and like all living moving organisms cancer is about and is there too thin the population. And yes Steroids would most likely be used in the making of this for bigger meat.
