Can it be at 3000 frames? Or does it have to be like.. 3500 frames?

It can be 3000 frames, but then that's all of them being used to spar, no posing at the end or stuff.

Yeah it's ok, you posed in the last few frames but the poses moved a bit so it will look ok.
