I'm sorry but i really dislike how you guys pay so much attention to the application. imo votes should be based 90% on the replays and ingame tests rather than the guy's ability to type a paragraph about himself.
We're an aikido organization, not a clan or a social group. If he has the skills, accept him. Later on, you can kick him if he's not behaving properly or if he's too inactive.
