The only "secret" I know is what static told me when I sucked really bad. Which is don't set up. If you set up your very predictable and it takes a long time to setup sometimes. Try as much as possible without crabbing and setting up and experiment with different cb's. At the start you might DQ a lot and have terrible cb's but once you start getting the hang of it you'll get a lot better.
