Okay, I'm gonna clean this up a bit, since we're getting way off track with the posts.
However, before I do, I'd like to point something out.
A good CnC contains a simple and equal amount of
Good
Bad
Highlights to the person's flaws
Helpful tips so that the person can get better.
ESPECIALLY the last two.
If there's none of these contained within your CnC, or it's only a sentence or two long, then you need to be more detailed and in-depth.
Or, if you cannot even point out someone's flaws, then point out something that you liked.
DO NOT question the person's CnC. They are only trying to help you.
Also, for the people who are giving the CnC,
STOP INSULTING THEM.
That will help no one. Just kindly tell them what they did wrong and how they could fix it if they found themselves caught in the same situation.
Okay, now, on to Lasttime's replay.
I'll only pay attention to your part of the replay.
Also, you shouldn't name it tricking because this was more of a self spar.
Your beginning run looked quite awkward.
Keeping your arms at one position looks quite stiff, especially in the elbows.
Try to move your arms side to side, as you would in a real run.
The setup you chose for the first punch was quite strange and awkwardly positioned.
I wouldn't use a kickoff to throw a punch. (When you extended your knee to push you more forward) It wasn't quite realistic, and it made you lean far too much. That caused you to lose your balance.
Also, punches look much more cleaner with both feet flat on the ground. You can easily exert a good rotation and force from using your chest, pecs, hips, and, sometimes, your glutes.
After the punch, you planted your hand, which caused you to lose all momentum and flow.
Then, you reversed your direction of rotation, which looks quite strange for a moment.
The way you recovered looked quite strange as well.
You could've thrown a much more cleaner punch if you had kept your position at frame 1270.
The way you threw out your next punch didn't look quite strong, nor did it look like a punch.
It also cost you all of your balance, which caused you to tip over and hand plant again.
After that, you did a pretty nice kick to back kick combo.
However, for the back kick, you kept your knee held. It would've looked much better if you relaxed it.
I dislike this next part because you jumped away from your opponent.
Your arms were quite stiff, and you didn't add any "flare" into the jump.
By flare, I mean any nice spin, or a good spin kick.
If you wanna make a jump, you have to make sure it has a purpose. Be it from quickly moving to your opponent to adding style and flare to the spar.
You then landed very awkwardly and you moved into a position that was too low.
You stopped all the flow you've obtained from the first jump and then you made another pointless jump.
The ending was just random punches and kicks.
Honestly, I think you should've ended the spar right before you did the first jump.
It's better to end the fight when there's no fight left than to do random air fighting once the fight is over.
Overall, you need to work on quite a lot.
Try to stay more on your feet, it will add much more comfort to sparring.
Make your hits look more clean and much more smoother.
Add more flow and speed to them and you should find better setups to your hits.
Put more style into your movements.
Good luck.
Here's a pretty good mod spar I did with Swex.
