We could make a limit of 50k on members? Too high, too low?

As for interest + loan repayments, the conditions could be that the person has to return at least 10% of the TC each week. For interest, we could ask for a flat rate of 10%, payed once. So if someone borrows 20k, then they pay back at least 2k each week, plus an additional 2k once, as interest.

I don't like it. I don't like that some members might be ingame, want to war, and not be able to because they can't access a war leader. At the end of the day, the current system is based on activity. The more barriers between people wanting to war and actually warring that we put in place, the less active we'd be.

There is not a point in limiting the clan from warring. The fun part is letting everyone do it.

I don't see in any harm in getting a Skype chat going as well as IRC. I'm not a fan of Skype, so I won't use it, but that's fine.

If you wanted to, could you or Noel or some other Skype aficionado make a thread directing people how to join the Skype chat?

I am ok with the Skype chat as long as it doesn't drop the activity on the forums.

As for the war suggestion, I think the older war squad can still take care of the wars when they are online, as they used to do. However, the other members could still start wars by their own whenever they want. It won't be a problem if the war leaders are online, since the members will mostly ask whoever they see online to help them out on the war, especially the 'war squad'. I don't see benefits that this ideia will bring up, it will be the same that we were doing, just with a reduction of people having war privileges.
