I know the basics of biology, the only exception was juice which was my only source of glucose, a healthy amount. My method may seem drastic but it was only for 1 month, as a test. I can see a difference and my toes so I'm happy.

Haha miner often in your spars the other guy pinged or just leaves. You need a sparring partner or sum.
