I've been fine, vacation was nice despite the occasional parent-related frustration (my dad's one of those dads who has to document EVERYTHING with both photos and videos, my mom's even more opposed to physical activity than i am, and they're both prone to bickering and remaining stationary for long periods of time when they should be moving), but i can't possibly bring myself to be more than momentarily miffed about those. I also have a bump on my head from a veeeeeeery low-hanging part of a low ceiling, which i managed to ram with surprising force given that i was trying to sneak. No concussion, injury or violent sickness was had though, so overall i'd say that was a good and much needed vacation. :v

More seriously, newspaper/advertisement distributor, which is just a fancy way of saying that i fill peoples mailboxes with junk mail. :v (although most people are okay with the newspapers)
The pay is absolute horseshit, but it's better than nothing, and the hours are very flexible. But, let me put it like this: Many people earn more PER DAY than i earn PER MONTH, though in all fairness to my employer, i don't have an awful lot of hours either. It's actually pretty chill now that i've sorted out all the initial shit (and boy was there a lot of that), at least as long as the weather is tolerable, although i'm still looking forward to heading for greener pastures, wherever those may be. :v

Please don't be like that, i'll be the one telling people off if necessary (and it's fairly rarely necessary to call people retards, there are far more refined and classy ways of informing people of their inadequacies). An actually retarded request would be to ask that i draw Muhammad (or at least the Muhammad that muslims would rather not have depicted), partly because i don't see the point of intentionally insulting people out of nowhere, and partly because i'd put myself in the crosshairs of extremists by doing so. I believe recent history has adequately proven that. :v

What kind of avatars? You can always try your luck and ask, but note that anything beyond a doodle will likely result in me asking for compensation first. :v (especially if it's pixel art, i already have a shit ton of that to see to and it's both harder and more painful than normal doodling)

Hey shook, I've been thinking about getting a drawing tablet for a while now but I'm a bit confused as to what size would be recomended. Which one are you using currently?

Mainly an age-old Wacom Bamboo Pen, which is quite small indeed, although here on my gaming rig i've borrowed my brothers much bigger Aiptek HyperPen 10000U (which i believe is massively outdated by now, and frankly it doesn't feel as nice as the Wacom, but it works). Still entirely servicable though, so if you're just starting out and are on a budget, i'd recommend the smallest Wacom Intuos Draw you can get (and if money ISN'T an issue, well, get a bigger one!). Regardless of tablet size, it's going to feel different from drawing on paper (well, until you get a Cintiq), so it's just a matter of getting used to your tablet. Just remember, bigger = pricier. :v
