We have to be fair, as Silent said.
I dont want Felipevi and Probowser here, but for that i also think that we should kick Sindrerule too.
We gave him chances (Sindrerule), now he turns active because we forced him to, just that.
I dont think that Felipevi and Probowser will be active again if we send warning PM's

Viper is promoting a simplest way, explicit rule.
The one we have is too big, you just wait too long to be kicked out.
I mean, you can be more than 5 weeks inactive and you only recieve warnings.
