Our galaxy alone has by various estimates between 100 - 400 billion stars, some smaller some a lot bigger than ours. That's not including dead or very dim stars which we just can't know of with the tools we've got.

And besides our galaxy, in the observable universe there's estimated to be at least two trillion (1 with 12 zeros, thats two thousand billion) other galaxies, some smaller, some much bigger than ours. And who knows how many more galaxies there are outside the observable universe, just because light from there hasn't reached us yet in 13.8 billion years
