Oh, you go to manage attachments in the bit that say's go advanced.
After you've done that you click on one of the slots and upload the replay to it, after you have done that, you click save and then submit your post and that should be it done.

As long as you get the member rank, there is no min limit.

Take me for example, I don't post that much on the forum but always wroght with thee- and deady~chuaaan (<3 ) on skype ^^
