There didn't seem to be much effort put into the application to make it look presentable. Spelling errors, lack of clarity, and general blandness all make me want to say no. On top of that, you're a Blue Belt. Even if your other accounts were god belts, we would still be accepting a blue belt, and a blue belt would be running around with [elite] in front of its name.
Essentially, it's the lack of effort that makes me have to say no.
Also, if I'm being honest, you're super young. I don't normally judge based off of age, but after the other red flags above were brought to mind, being 12 years old doesn't really help (you might be irrational, immature, hotheaded/unpredictable, etc.). This wasn't an end-all variable, but it was an additional cause for concern.

I don't really care about in-game evidence. I mean, it's cool to look at, but it doesn't play a huge role in judgment because even if I was going to judge on in-game ability, it would have to be over a period of time since anyone can have a few good games, but consistency is the key.
Regardless, I liked your application and your want to improve your forum activity, and for these reasons I am going to accept you. Keep an eye out for changes in the forums, I just have to upload some images and then I'll be revamping everything and anyone that's active during this time has a good chance of receiving a promotion or two ;)

If I were the sole judge of your application, I would still deny you for the various grammatical issues (considering your primary language is English).
However, in the spirit of Christmas which is fast approaching, I'll give other members, inactive as they are in the forums, a chance to judge your application themselves and give their opinions as well. I'll give them a week to judge it.
One of two things will happen. If no one judges your application, you will be accepted by default and be automatically put in a trial period in which you can quickly gain the rank of recruiter (and be able to invite new members to [elite] without having to check in with me). If even one person replies with their opinions, you will be accepted or denied based on majority rule (my vote counting as 2 in the case of a tie). Good luck to you, lozker.
