It's such a balance to interact with criminals/druggos who are friendly and trying get better without getting too close so you don't feel pressured when they try to make you bend rules for them

Yea must be pretty buzzy line of work, they are in there for a reason so probably try make them progress as much as u feel like u can

Yeah like I ran into a situation where one person almost completed his rehab after his heroin O.D. but doesn't want to quit party-drugs, which he only told me because I'm young af and kind of one of his somehow
I asked him wouldn't it be hard to balance that life without falling back on heroin and he agreed
Had to make the choice to call the boss and report it, risk extending his stay and betraying that trust
The only other option was letting him out to perhaps relapse again
