Such is true, I don't know, I suppose by playing aikido my whole time, my style is too jumpy and lacks any aesthetic nature ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but sure will definitely hit you up

1) Never have your knees / elbows fully extended or fully contracted, keep them midway this makes you tori look smoother.
2) RELAX, RELAX, AND YES RELAX. Try to use relax movements as much as possible and avoid extending knees or elbows for punches/kicks, you can extend the first 5 frames for a powerful punch but after that relax.
3) The lower the turn frames the better, if you play on 10, you can get some pretty good moves, on 5, even better and on 1, the best, I know it sounds ridiculous but it is true, this allows you to stop movement, start a movement or punch / kick at the perfect moment, so keep that in mind.
4) Take your time, rushing your moves and pressing space in 20 seconds is not good, and if you do not move your tori you could say well I do not need to, but the thing is you would've changed position slightly so if you were jumping and you spaced three times and you have a landing, try experimenting with moves between the frames so you could see if you could improve the landing.
That is pretty much all that comes to mind right now, if I remember anything else I will tell you, oh BTW typically if you are a good sparrer you are a good parkourist, but a good parkourist does not always make a good sparrer, so I would recommend sparring at first, consider watching Mocuchas video on youtube how to parkour, it is very long, and I believe he has a sparring tutorial too, those videos really helped me (Thanks mocu), and just so you know, I did not know how to spar the next day, or the one after, or the one after after, it takes a loooong time, so keep practicing man and you will get better and it becomes easier
Enjoy! and goodluck!
Will definitely check out that video, but Yeah idk, I've just always had the ability to do the action required, but never with any flow I always end up looking very robotic

Definitely, the time it takes them to make a single replay, it is truly incredible, hats off to any of you guys, and yes I sort of understand how you feel, I always try to think of it as: Sparring is there thing, what they're good at, and my thing is competitive, abd and aikido in particular, that is where my strengths lie and that is my decision, no one else can change that.
Will be getting on in about 20-30 if anyone wants to hit me up
