I have a few outside sources who enlighten me about our applicant,all of which I find reliable. Beta being one of them. These are essential to get an outsiders perspective,which is important - especially when we do not know the applicant that well,or in fact at all.

For example,I own demon and elf at 10th dan - however,I worked my ass off to get it. Back in the day having a 8th dan+ belt ment you were really good,however these days with the ability to buy qi and rediculous custom mods it has ruined that.
