Because of the messed up sentence structure I think it is a huge chunk of text translated from some Asian language (most likely Mandarin from the Chinese sounding stuff, ie Lin Yang Xuan Shuai). I have come the the conclusion that it it advertising some variety of orthopaedic shoe from this blog.
