ok this is something that has been bugging me even before I got my position but.... how does the executive recruiter and all the normal recruiters out rank the prime chancellor and the council. is that something that can be looked at because I really don't see how that makes sense. I mean the task of recruiting is a simple job within itself. so why is it ranked so high on the rank ladder? makes no sense to me if it does to anyone else could you please explain it to me. :/
