becoming a mod is going well my app is being discussed and over-viewed as of right now. Im trying to become an idea mod for toribash game and forum. if i get accepted i will be so hype. i have lots of ideas for this game that i want to bring up to the other mods.

ok this is something that has been bugging me even before I got my position but.... how does the executive recruiter and all the normal recruiters out rank the prime chancellor and the council. is that something that can be looked at because I really don't see how that makes sense. I mean the task of recruiting is a simple job within itself. so why is it ranked so high on the rank ladder? makes no sense to me if it does to anyone else could you please explain it to me. :/

At that spot you are over all things recruitment basically. Prime chanceller you are smply just a voice for the council. Where the executive recruiter makes big decisions deal with recruitment . Sure you both makes decisions,but the executive decisions can in away make or brake us bring that recruitment plays a huge role in any clan.

Edit: also, of course the recruiters also have the power to just invite people into the clan that they think belong here as well. The order just seems a little misplaced imo.

but recuiting keeps us alive. We do need members to operate effectively.

I get what you are saying. I just felt that recruiters are need on such a huge scale. I put the council There to help me an the co leader with our decision making. The executive recuiter is right under the Co ldrs cause he/or she plays a good role, cause thats the person whos making the leader keep members around so that the council even has anything to. That job never stops a job you have to 24'7 365 days a year , it never ends. Point taken, i may but the council an the prime counciler before the recuiters but after the executive, for just the reasons stated adove. The executive is an person that has been here for a while an is basically co ldr material.

well who else can hold that spot efficiently besides bercat. I would do it but I kinda like my spot. but when the time calls for these measures I may not have a choice. I mean recruitment needs to start effectively taking place or we will lose both our overall known skill level and our power (by power I mean the way people look at us compared to other clans) . Idk ill think about it more when I head to school.
