ok this is something that has been bugging me even before I got my position but.... how does the executive recruiter and all the normal recruiters out rank the prime chancellor and the council. is that something that can be looked at because I really don't see how that makes sense. At that spot you are over all things recruitment basically. Prime chanceller you are smply just a voice for the council. Where the executive recruiter makes big decisions deal with recruitment . Sure you both makes decisions,but the executive decisions can in away make or brake us bring that recruitment plays a huge role in any clan.
