So this idiot didn't think "hey maybe I'll call my wife" or "I'll ask my neighbor for help" I mean if this guy was so stupid that he died in 11 hours I really think he got what was coming to him. I don't care if that's mean, but let's be honest the guy was dumb enough to die from waiting. If anyone should be changed with those fines it's the wife she was the caretaker, so more or less it was her responsibility to let him in. Also everybody should have a hidden spare key.
