Hello everyone, Oopyuman here,

Today I decided to show you some of my renders of Toribash. They are done in Cinema 4d and I'm using Stupinator's Rig. Hope you like them:

Pics #1

Pics #2 (Newer)

Pics #3 (Not toribash related)

Pics #4 (Best ones!)

Not taking any more requests!
Well, I hope you liked them and be sure to leave some feedback and some suggestions on my next one if you'd like to.

Nagato9757:

The Tori's aren't actually taken from the game, they're not greenscreened or nothing. Stupinator made a rig for this 3d program called Cinema 4d. Basically, he made a tori for the users of that program to manipulate it and put it into all sorts of poses and to incorporate them in pictures which I did in the...one before the last one. I can set whatever textures I want on them, and also make them incredibly shiny, or...missing a limb and such. And the good thing is that they can have better graphics than the ones in the game.
He has said it a million times Cinema 4D
Also how do you add textures and how do you use a toribash colour palette?
Edit:What are your render settings
=
"Btw, remember to put a valid tag like [Art] [Tex] [Mus]... [3D] isn't a valid tag. ( Correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm surely that isn't )." - Well...I put 3D since they are renders, and I didn't find any other...tag that was suitable.

"Thats so cool it would be like super epic if it was made into animation picture 3" Right...Well, I'm not too experienced in animating in Cinema 4D, for animating I use other programs which I find easier to use (Source Filmmaker).

"What are your render settings" Well...The render settings are the default ones from cinema 4d. I added some global illumination and ambient occlusion with their default settings, I rarely edit them. I also have Greyscalle Gorilla HDRI Light kit Pro which helps a lot when lighting up the scene. Most of these renders took about 3 minutes to complete. The boxing one took about 10 minutes.

"It's good at all, i've loved your skills on this 3D thing. But keep improving to make it better and more realistic, i know that you can. You should can make a aikido/soccer/judo thing in the next render." I think I'll make one render with aikido, and the next one I'll try to integrate a tori into the real world as I did in the third picture.

Also, thanks everyone for your feedback!

Btw, remember to put a valid tag like [Art] [Tex] [Mus]... [3D] isn't a valid tag. ( Correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm surely that isn't ).

Hey, what do you say about this one? It looks like...aikido...something...Anyways, it's related to the gameplay of toribash...Sort of

Well, I did another one... This one was for a video thread Mocucha did, he sent some replays for my video so I did this. I also posted it on his thread, but this is the improved version:

I have a few other questions
Global Illumation how the fuck does it work.
Backgrounds How do you put background textures?

Global Illumation how the fuck does it work.

Well...Basically, global illumination makes the lights more realistic, it makes light bounce, better reflections, color light transfer and so on. You enable it at Render settings (Go to effect... and open it). You should put a sky light there, and the problem is that there is no preset sky light, so you have to create one yourself, but easier, you can try just putting some lightbox above them (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KgEOIldlh5s), and that'll help you pretty much. From what I've been, global illumination works better with materials with luminance on, not just normal lights

Backgrounds How do you put background textures?

You can only put a background there, but if you put a tori in, for example, it won't have any shadows on the grounds or on walls.
To get a proper background with shadows on floor, first off, you make a floor, then a background. Then, you create a new material, it could be white or black or whatever you want (In your case you can try putting an image on the texture, go to color, and there's a place there where you put a texture, select a photo and put that in). Then, you put the same texture to the background and the floor. Next up, you rightclick on the floor and background objects, and go to CINEMA 4D tags, and select COMPOSITING, and put that tag on both, then, you click on the tag and you'll have there a box you have to check called "Compositing background" You enable that on both. And you should have a background with a floor and I recommend you to fit in the perspective as it is from the photo. [If the texture shows bad on the floor, you click on the material, and change the projection to frontal].
Also, if you have for example a wall and a tori leaning on the wall, you can put a cube there, put it in the wall's place, put the same texture on it, compositing, compositing background, change the projection to frontal.

Oh, and one tip, if you're planning on doing reflections, enable the reflection on the material, but put it to opacity 5%, then add a fresnel texture and put that to 5% also
Hope you understood something, if you want a C4D file from the ones I made so you examine it, just ask.

Okay, spent a little much to make this one, it still has some things to fix but I think it's good enough to be posted:

Guys on bench = Thepitcher, Me (Oopyuman)
Guy walking = Furryprints
Other guys are just...nonexistent (Except for uke)

Right, this should be pretty much the end of the picture, I've done almost everything that could be done, if anyone has any more suggestions, feel free to tell me:
