Well, i know i can't edit the first post or even recruit, but i saw no reply about what i seen, so i'll give my opinion:

Thz: O balance esta bom, porém, existem coisas a melhorar, tipo o flow, não que esteja ruim, porém, existem certas partes onde seu momemtum esta bem ruim para fazer determinados movimentos, se vc pegar seu spar contra o gadub, por volta do frame 1120 - 1080 você da um chute que na minha opinião não deveria existir, justamente pelo fato de n ter conseguido velocidade necessária para executa-lo, e eu acho q é nesses pontos que vc deve focar para melhorar. Em outras palavras sera sem duvidas bem vinda a organização, só devemos esperar ao lionet ou ao marrez (n sei quem q coloca lá na member list) fazer isso.

tlclay: Hey, i won't give a cnc for a single replay but for ur gameplay style in general, but before that, i see that u're from help squad, which is a good requirement for a teacher ( due to the fact that u want to help the other players), but i think u have lots of work to do with your playstyle, ur balance is pretty solid, but u have lots of twitches during the hole spar, and the flow has lots of work to do, maybe making better decisions will help u a bit to make a better flow and less twitches in the whole spar, i am not the one who decides here, but in my opinion i'd put u as a student (lets see what lion or marrez says).

about tlclay, what Victor said is pretty accurate. Although you really may have a lot of experience with lectures and such for students (due to your charges as help squad and high staff position AND teacher in TBA), all I can see from these replays is that you have some experience and mastery of the fundamentals of fighting. But I wont let these facts abstain me to judge your app itself, if you are going for a teacher im pretty sure you'll need to put more effort in these replays to make them better looking (I'd guess they are pretty good for MAS aspects, but that's not what this organization is about), or just show us that you deserve a place in teachers list by participating and helping actively in our thread or discord channel.

I'm not quite sure if you are able to make both student and teacher membership app in a single post but if I were to judge you as a teacher, the answer would be no.
