yellow is the color that capture our attention the most, its often used to highlight important pieces of informationi don't think it'd be very wise to use it as a background color as it can overwhelm everything else.

yes but that's somewhat viable if you want to keep your eyes healthy. My cousin did that, he changed his phone background and keyboard background to yellow
it looks ugly and kinda sucks but you get used to that
