Tony mainly hits them when a fighter is entering a clinch or grappling exchange, I don't recall him ever going after one aggressively (though I might be wrong). Gaethje may well fall into a D'Arce if he gets tired or if he jumps on Tony after a knockdown, but Tony is very likely to have been pieced up by then - like he does in nearly every fight. He's the comeback king, but the main question here is whether Tony can survive that onslaught. Personally I don't think he will, but I won't argue with anyone who's picking him. My only disagreement with what you said was that Tony 'obliterates everyone' because it's quite clearly not true.

Man I hope so too, but fighters who rely on their chin usually don't last far into their 30s

Gaethje is in the same boat there
