-Higher level staff positions of management is not paid work. If you're not being paid for a job, you're not going to care for the job

-There's no real screening process in regards to hiring staff. Staff literally made someone an admin who faked being a dying 13 year old girl with leukemia


-Politics and Identity politics; I think you fucks should straight up remove your opinions/feelings from the game/forum because no one else in obligated to give a shit or believe what you do





Take what I say with a grain of salt seeing as I was only staff from like 2008 to 2014. There's some diamonds in the rough with the current staff but the games staff has always been pretty garbage.
Hell, when I was admin I couldn't talk to about half the staff because either a bunch of ex-staff (with access to the staff channels still??) would either try to make a ill-intended joke and derail what was trying to be discussed, or they would straight up just harass me/others to the point that we would just ignore/delay whatever was trying to be discussed.
