Compete in 3 mods - wins majority/all - invited to Trial Rank - compete in another set of mods of their choice or just another set of mods of our choice
Don’t win the first round of mods? No invite.
But this is now down the Genesis’s values, does he care purely about their skill or is it attitude? Because so far we’ve had some issues with attitude, we could have a top ranked player but their attitude sucks = bad clan reputation

yea its not about skill soap, i like the ideas but the main focus of recruitment is the application.
the application is the recruits chance to show the clan that they are a cool bean or just say something about theirself. this being said the testing matches really don't matter. if someone loses all there testing matches then they are put in a trial rank (as long as they are still a cool person)
the point of this clan is to unite cool players of all aspects of the game; skill simply doesn't matter. the only reason I do testing is to see where the person being tested will be ranked.
this being said, if your completely daawg shit at toribash but are a cool lad who can bring fun or even just some interesting talks or what not (cool lads) then you can be in the clan.
GRUNTS - not really "good players" more cool guys or just trial
footsoldiers - mediocre players.
