Our beloved game has seen one of the most unfair bans in history (Yonker)
how it all started: we were sitting on the same server with skizz, he was given an op, he banned me, I wrote him a private message in discord which contained n word. he reported me and I was immediately banned first for 1 month, and after 1 day it was changed to a GUID ban. that is, I was literally banned from playing the game for calling a person n word outside the game.
now I will explain why I did it:skizz is a person who scammed me for 100 dollars in the past, skizz is one of the most famous trolls of toribash and he just provoked me once again. I do not harbor any hatred towards black people, this was said emotionally and outside the game, so I do not understand at all why I got a ban for this.
by the way, what is no less interesting, i will attach a screenshot on which it is clearly visible that skizz uses the same word in the official toribash discord server. once again: he can play, i got a guide ban. how does this even work? i understand that the attitude towards ZT members, which i am, is much stricter, but why am i a ZT member at all? i have not been banned for about 2 years, and for toxicity all the times when accusations were brought against me, they were dropped, so here i am completely clean.
yes, there were bad moments in my past. .i scammed people, but most of them were committed when i was a little asshole, at about 16 years old. but i want to emphasize, i paid off EVERY scam, personally contacting those whom i scammed. there were acts of illegal TC selling, but why were they? i could not get verification for many years. Athin rejected my requests simply for reasons like "you don't have TC right now, we're rejecting it." I'm a dueler, I constantly have TC circulating, sometimes I win, sometimes I lose, sometimes I buy items and sell it for USD, so this is the dumbest argument not to give me verification.
taking into account the above, I don't understand at all why Im still ZT. The community treats me normally, people duel me for big money, loans me 5kk + tc, but for some reason the admins still consider me a terrible person. this situation is completely absurd and I hope to make it public.

I don't have much more context then the next person, but I just want to understand why disciplinary action was taken on something that happened outside of ing chat and forums. It seems more targeted towards Yonker personally, because when taking other instances into account, bans weren't issued after the fact
