I believe BOOST scales to low-mid universal tier (could be wanked to MAYBE mid-high Universal to high Universal with some niche data book statements), with feats such as in chapter 231 of Toribash Shippuden where he is shown being able to casually blow up entire galaxies and small superclusters with a single kick and in chapter 232 of Toribash Shippuden where he is shown being able to outrun a singular photon in a foot race.
This places him pretty high up on the list with only a few characters above him such as Gargoyle Form Unconchudo or Gigasaurus skizz, who are both at minimum Low Multiversal+ (insane lowball), and obviously Gigasaurus Prime skizz, who is Outerversal
