I don't understand why we are blaming staff here... What are staff supposed to do here really besides banishing him from the community? Should AlphaReject pay him a visit and beat him up in real life? I understand the frustration but you do need to take a step back and not blame staff for what some horrible person has done on the internet. You don't really know someone's intentions until you do and sometimes, it's a bit late. Best thing you can do is to remove them from your "life" and that's what has been done here.
If I was able to have one wish, it would be to live closer to my one true love Fred, his beard tastes so nice.
He is also a far superior tk player.

You're right. I've apologized to AlphaReject above your comment. I also took their advice and made a thread to get clarification on how staff respond to these situations here.
