nothing specific this time, there's just a point where staff get so fed up with shit malicious behavior that there's no more sense waiting for a user to break some exact rule that'd warrant a permaban on its own. arguably terty's crossed that line a while ago but I suppose the common reaction to any of his bullshit has been "the dude is unwell let's just have a laugh at it and ignore it."
