Major problem with Wine - lack of browser support. That means no flame forging until a native version is out.

Makes me miss my Windoze pc.

None the less it's a great update, and I'm having a hard job finding any major bugs with it.

Is it just me or is cell shading gone now?

EDIT:ok, read back a few pages, I see it was mentioned but there isnt a reason given. Im not "very pissed" but I liked cell shading a lot. So whats the dealyo?

I could name a couple of reasons for it not being there atm, mostly because the majority didn't have hardware with v3 shaders to use it, but also because it looked like crap if you had complex textures.

Would be nice to see it return again someday regardless.

Found a bug.

When you open TB, and all the replays go through, after the end of a replay, you can go into scripts, come back out, and the replay doesnt end.

I keep hearing about 3.81
I can't find it :/ Is it a beta?
When I click to download, it's still at 3.8

*goes to check irc links*

It exists, but is still called 3.8 & is the on on the download page - if you want to make sure you have it just download it again & install in the same location.

Cell shading had a higher graphical requirement than the other shader options.

Model 2 for normal shaders.

Model 3 for cellshading.

Since most Macs came with an Intel you wouldn't have support for cellshading, Nvidia/ATI equiped Macs would be able to do it.

i expect 4.0 will be terrible for my computer cuz of the graphics right?

3.81 was released pretty much instantly, but it's still called 3.8 when you download it & when you play it - small changes & fixes don't get a new version number. The autopatcher seems to be updating to it automatically regardless.

Also, after 3.8x, there'll be 3.9x. Well, unless Hampa decides to skip it!

And don't worry about 4.0 graphics, the raytracing etc will be optional like shaders. If you don't use it then you've nothing to worry about.
