So, from June 13th to July 2nd I was inactive. I was incarcerated for Resisting Arrest while Tresspassing. But I'm trying to beat it because the Arrest was no "Authorized" because I wasn't Trespassing. My next Court Date is the July 23rd in Pittsford, NY, one of the oldest towns around here. If the worst happens, I will be gone for 40 more days. The conviction would be Attempted Resisting Arrest if I take the deal. I don't know what I'm going to say to it. Trial would succeed but the time for the Trial would be longer than 40 days and maybe cost me 1 year inside. So I take the deal, >.>

Well.... Everyone inside the system let power get to their head, now they abuse that. I've been arrested many times for expressing my right of speech.

The system shouldn't Judge not whether a person is good or bad... that dictates which side has control. Judging should be done by the person they claim to represent, but it does not. They play gods and their ego's show it.

Balance is what I sought and have acheived, I am neither good nor... wait, I am Evil XD... bad. I am simply myself, I do not compare myself to others. I don't even want to imagine the effect on my ego that would have, high or low. Eh hem, balance. Mine is even. I don't look down or up to anyone, except the judge because he plays the role of god on earth. There will always be good and there will always be evil, if one perceives the other as the opposite. There will always be war and peace, what is the absense of both? Lack of control? lack of ego-centrism? Lack of the sins they commit from the book they claim to represent? I refrain from joining in on their "perfect" way of life. It is not imperfect, it is perfectly wrong to dictate another's life.

I get told that you shouldn't do that, but as Kharma is concerned, I should. The committer won't know what it feels like until after it is done to him, then he will learn the lesson, how his actions hurt others.

Okay, back on track. System is what? Orderly arrangement according to some common law: collection of rules and principles; method of transacting business; the combination of parts in a whole....

System should be abolished, my opinion.

It's working out. Judge is being lenient on me since I completed Drug Treatment Court 2 years ago, after 3 years sober for a 1 year sober requirement. After that I stayed out of trouble for 3 years, until I got stopped Walking While Intoxicated/Tripping/High, holding Metal Knuckles with a French Pipe holding a Dime. I was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th degree, it was later dropped to Disorderly Conduct.

For this charge I get an undertermined sentence in ATI.

I know, but the more you say insult, eh hem. LOL. Just posting about me, that's all.

I'm just glad the Authoritarianism is leaving our country.
