But some of us have been hired, because we have experience, general knowledge, enthusiasm and are willing to work to deadlines.
Half the 'professional' video editors in the world aren't up to a professional standard anyway. It's not for you to say if we are up to a professional standard or not, because there is no standard, it's subjective.
Effects and music don't make a good video, it's the content that does.
For instance, when I was making the Wii promo video, I couldn't record anything myself. I simply recieved a bunch of avi files and had to edit it to make it appealing.
That's not an easy task, especially with a 4 day deadline.
Ultimately, professionalism comes down to having the will to work and producing a good product. There's no standard.

Yeah, I bet >.>
Also for the vid it wasn't that bad. I mean techno music was okay and stuff, but overally it was just too good to watch so I figured out that Moop makes all this on crack, there's like no other explanation right? I mean I always pwn him in taekkyon, but he's better at making vids atleast! What I ment to say was that this vid is fucking great'n'shit and I also wanted to show off my grammar even if I'm not so good at it.
Actually fuck it I've gotta say that the camera movements were nice, the replays were great, but some of them were too stiff. Also what's wrong with this fucking shaders, I mean they are used a fucking lot I haven't seen any vid without shaders, I know they are pretty, awesome, rainbowcolored and gay, but I have seen like every shader in the game just watching the videos. For the replays NutHug is a show-off therefore so he sucks, because I bet he can't do a lame stiff snapkick.
so fuck shift doesn't work. whatever, overally the video was fucking epic, everybody replays were win and shaders were nice too. i liked the music, i liked the camera movement.
8/10 from me.
Also moop is gay and shift works now.
