I now raised the belt requirement. You now need 4th dan to join Flawless. We can do exceptions though.

Of course I will test the players. If a player is 2nd dan and extremely skilled he can join. But that hardly never happens. I put a 4th dan rule because I don't want random beginners to try to join us. They will fail.
