I think they're bumpmaps though, I hope you realize that.

Yes, bumpmaps are cheaper and there is a considerable difference. Hand textures put the image on the hand, and bumpmaps add depth or something. Meaning, bumpmaps do not put color on the hand, it makes ridges etc in it.

I don't think I explained it that well, so maybe google it.

When I received these bumpmap textures they already had things on them, the previous owner must not have fully grasped what bumpmap textures are.
