You should add some signs on thighs,and a slow transition to the smile,believe me,it rocks.
the body needs more detail,colors need to be dark,by the way,here's an idea for you,to the pecs and chest texture,try to make black eyes,and on the stomach,put a big fat smile ^.^ ... Put a smile on the breast(at the top.) and another smile at the groin texture.
By the way,I see you tried to make the triceps with a transition to the hands(white colors),no need to do that.
the r_hand is not done properly and it really needs some kind of overlay of something,at least a soft light.
