Still not sure about some colors and I'd like to edit it more, adding some details on the plates, especially in the front, suggestions?

Yeah,it should stay on place.
You can add a soft highlight in front.
Add some shadows btw.

How can I make metallic rainbowy colors?

I added a light shade of black and tried to give to the plate a bit of depth.
I also changed the eyes.



I'll try to add some glossy reflections tomorrow, thanks for your suggestions alpha.
