Woo that was a GREAT workout. BBall for 8 hours straight GODAMN! (well 1 hour break in between hour 4 and 6) But, I probably won't be active at most times on Saturday, for I am joining a BBall League. Practicing now, uniforms next week, then we practice some more, then we play for real. Wish me luck guys.
