What's wrong with pc when it doesn't want to boot up to POST and hdd light is always on?

Yes I cleaned Motherboard after that and I got new PSU.

Or a bad memory. Or some cable is lose. It could be anything. Time to go to comp service i think.

well check kt4v motherboard and tell me where i should plug that in >.>

Untill I'll reset my pc on win7 ultimate everything's fine, when I'll reset it it blue screens on logging in with IRQ error. I know what causes that but I don't know why since all drivers are signed. The fatal equipment is adsl modem thompson speedtouch 330. It works fine without it plugged in.
