Once upon a time, there was a hacker that sent me 100'000,000 tc, i dunno why (anyway hanzo confiscate the stolen tc)....

It would make sense to have a limit for all TC as an anti inflation measure.

So rather than new TC being created when you buy it or win games and tourneys its recycled TC rather than new TC.

its not recycled, thats how people can win an ass load of money from farming etc


anyway, don't think of a toricredit as a thing, its just a number that goes up and down.
